Within Ronin Do you will practice Karate, Ju Jutsu & Kickboxing
You will also find teqniques from both Aikido, Muay Thai and modern arts such as Shootfighting

Ronin Do a contemperay based Self-Defence system were teqniques that only has historical value and function are eliminated from the style. All teqniques are adapted to as suficent as possible. The training is based on a modern athlete fysioligy/psycholigy and a focus on the pupils own safety.
